Wine Knight Cocktail

Deliciously created and served in the Wheel Bar at the award-winning Tuddenham Mill, Suffolk using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka.

Food pairing

A delicious refreshing drink on its own but Tuddenham Mill serve with North Sea hake, St Jacques sauce, brown shrimps, lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 25 ml of Wild Knight® English Vodka, chilled
  • 125 ml Viognier white wine, chilled
  • Dash of elderflower
  • Lemon and lime slices

Methodology

Food Pairing: North Sea hake, St Jacques sauce, brown shrimps, lettuce

  1. Add the vodka, white wine and elderflower to the glass and stir.
  2. Garnish with lemon and lime slices.
  3. Stir and serve.
  4. Enjoy!
