Wild Thyme Cocktail

Deliciously created and served in the Wheel Bar at the award-winning Tuddenham Mill, Suffolk using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka.

Food pairing

Serve with sweet desserts. Tuddenham Mill serve with English garden rhubarb, yoghurt mousse, oats, lemon thyme sugar, Italian meringue.


  • 50 ml of Wild Knight® English Vodka
  • Lemon Thyme syrup
  • Lemon Thyme sprigs
  • Sliced apple
  • One lemon slice


  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with lots of ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain off through a sieve or muslin to remove the lemon thyme leaves.
  4. Pour into a Martini glass and garnish with a lemon thyme sprig and an apple slice.
  5. Enjoy!
