Ingredients

  • 50 ml of Wild Knight® English Vodka, chilled

Methodology

Food Pairing: Cured sea trout, Nasturtium, smoked roe, beetroot ketchup, olive oil

  1. Chill the vodka and glass in the freezer.
  2. Pour the vodka into the glass and serve.
  3. Sit back, relax and enjoy.
  4. Watch the bottle as the frost forms and melts on the bottle.
