Wild Feast Cocktail
Fabulously created by Tim Dodd, Manager, The Rosebery, Norwich, as a signature cocktail for Feast Norfolk Magazine, using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka.
- 50 ml of Wild Knight® English Vodka
- Norfolk Lemon Balm (small handful)
- 12.5ml of sugar syrup
- Pinch Norfolk Mint
- Lemon for zest
- Fill a Boston cocktail shaker with ice and add a double shot (50ml) of Wild Knight Ultra-Premium English Vodka, stir gently.
- Add all the ingredients into the shaker and stir until frosting occurs on the outside.
- Double-strain into a chilled coup/martini glass.
- Add a grating of lemon zest to finish.
