Wild Feast Cocktail

Fabulously created by Tim Dodd, Manager, The Rosebery, Norwich, as a signature cocktail for Feast Norfolk Magazine, using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of Wild Knight® English Vodka
  • Norfolk Lemon Balm (small handful)
  • 12.5ml of sugar syrup
  • Pinch Norfolk Mint
  • Lemon for zest

Methodology

  1. Fill a Boston cocktail shaker with ice and add a double shot (50ml) of Wild Knight Ultra-Premium English Vodka, stir gently.
  2. Add all the ingredients into the shaker and stir until frosting occurs on the outside.
  3. Double-strain into a chilled coup/martini glass.
  4. Add a grating of lemon zest to finish.
  5. Enjoy!
