'Hot Tuddy' Cocktail

Deliciously created by Paul Richardson and served in the Wheel Bar at the award-winning Tuddenham Mill, Suffolk using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka.

Food pairing

Serve with apple desserts. Tuddenham Mill serve with Cox apple, buttermilk cream, celery ice, muscovado sugar.


  • 25 ml of Wild Knight® English Vodka

  • 25 ml Calvados

  • 1/2 tsp demerara sugar

  • 100 ml apple juice


  1. Add all the ingredients to a small pan and warm gently to dissolve the sugar.

  2. Stir gently and serve in a rocks glass.

  3. Enjoy!
